If you believe that generosity deserves more than just a thank you email, and that every donor, big or small, should feel like the hero of the story, then this might just be the role for you. We’re looking for a Donor Relations Coordinator who knows that behind every gift is a person and behind every person is a reason. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, delights in data and understands that donor care is not just a task - it’s an art. You’ll be the friendly voice, the thoughtful organiser and the behind-the-scenes maestro ensuring that every supporter feels seen, valued and inspired to stay connected. You’ll be joining a fundraising team that’s in the midst of exciting transformation. With new systems on the horizon and a fresh approach to supporter engagement, there’s plenty of room to grow, contribute and shape the future of donor relations. You’ll work closely with a seasoned and supportive leader who’s as passionate about donor care as she is about spreadsheets - and that’s saying something. Your days will be filled with meaningful work: responding to donor enquiries with warmth and professionalism, coordinating campaign mail-outs with precision and keeping CRM records so tidy they’d make a Labrador proud. You’ll liaise with marketing, IT, merchandise and lottery teams to ensure every touchpoint is seamless and you’ll even get to wrangle a few volunteers (the friendly kind) to help bring campaigns to life. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years’ experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor relations, who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll need to be confident with data, comfortable with collaboration and committed to delivering exceptional supporter experiences. If you’ve got a knack for MailChimp, a love of Excel and a soft spot for causes that involve wagging tails and life-changing partnerships - you’ll fit right in. You’ll be part of a team that values kindness, curiosity and the occasional office dog visit. The future is bright and you’ll be part of the journey as they evolve, innovate and elevate the donor experience. So, if you’re ready to turn donor care into something unforgettable and you don’t mind the odd spreadsheet or mail-out along the way, we’d love to hear from you. After all, every great cause needs someone who knows how to say thank you - and mean it.
