Leasing Manager | Leadership Role | $90k (up to $100k) Super What You’ll Do Lead the leasing journey end-to-end — from enquiry to signed lease. Achieve (and exceed) occupancy targets, ensuring strong building performance. Host engaging property tours and inspections that turn prospects into residents. Build meaningful connections with future residents, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Partner with marketing to design and deliver innovative leasing campaigns. Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity to keep our assets ahead of the curve. Mentor and inspire a small team, supporting their growth and success. Champion compliance and uphold professional standards at every step. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in leasing, property management, or real estate sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills, backed by a results-driven mindset. A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire others. Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Tech-savvy with excellent reporting and admin skills. Passionate about delivering world-class resident experiences. The Experience You’ll Bring 3–5 years in residential leasing, property management, or a similar field. Previous leadership experience highly desirable. Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration. Qualifications in property, real estate, or related studies (preferred).
