About the role This role involves managing tenancy operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, and delivering outstanding service to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property and tenancy operations in line with client protocols and relevant legislation. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, including rent reviews and leasing proposals. Maintain accurate property databases and lease registers, ensuring data integrity across systems. Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence. Conduct property inspections and collaborate with maintenance teams to address issues promptly. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial property or corporate real estate environments. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Sound knowledge of government property practices, legislation, and standards. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence and tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, or Business.
