We are currently seeking a Premiums/Credit Officer with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills to manage a portfolio of clients in relation to Workers Compensation Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accurate processing of premiums, maintain policy compliance, debt collection and provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage a client portfolio to ensure accurate and timely premium calculations and payments Ensure policy targets and audit compliance service standards are consistently met Process new business applications in line with WorkSafe guidelines Respond promptly to internal and external queries, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism Maintain accurate data entry and ensure legislative compliance at all times Attend and participate in ongoing training on relevant legislation and systems Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence Adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS), privacy, and record-keeping requirements Experience and Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workers Compensation Insurance policy and legislation Knowledge of premium calculation processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using WorkSafe systems such as ACCtion and VPCS (preferred) Our culture and benefits DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
