The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join our Gold Coast-based Head Office team. In this front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, supporting the broader business with essential administrative and operational duties. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and internal team members in a professional and welcoming manner Manage a busy reception desk and switchboard, handling calls and emails efficiently across 8 venues Maintain office and venue supply levels, placing and tracking orders as required Assist with marketing, event communications, and general office coordination Provide administrative support to our high-performing Head Office team The Requirements: Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to delivering exceptional service across all touchpoints The Perks: 50% discount across all Artesian Hospitality venues Career development opportunities in a supportive environment Artesian Hospitality is much more than a great place to work – it’s an amazing career opportunity.
