The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage resources, supervise administrative staff, and provide leadership to support both staff and clients. Role Responsibilities · Office Operations & Procedures: Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain office systems and ensure adherence to company policies · Administrative Support: Handle correspondence and provide general administrative support to staff and leadership · Resource Management: Maintain office supplies, manage equipment inventory, and oversee facility maintenance · Staff Supervision: Delegate tasks, supervise administrative and support staff, and provide guidance and mentorship · Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations · Communication & Client Relations: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; build strong relationships with clients, staff, and internal teams · Customer Service: Focus on client satisfaction and loyalty; address complaints and resolve issues effectively · Organisational Skills: Manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail · Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport, negotiate, and maintain strong working relationships with staff, management, and clients · Problem-Solving: Handle stressful situations calmly; troubleshoot administrative and operational challenges and implement solutions · Technical Proficiency: Experienced with office software and industry tools, including IBodyshop, Audanet, Pnet, Repex, Estimage, email, and spreadsheets; in-depth knowledge of the repair industry is highly desirable · Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable teams and other internal departments to provide comprehensive support · Flexibility & Adaptability: Work independently and perform various tasks to ensure smooth office operations · Reporting & Analysis: Track client progress, report on client satisfaction, and identify key trends to inform future strategies Does this sound like you? · You have strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills · Experienced with office software and industry tools, including IBodyshop, Audanet, Pnet , and Repex · You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently · You have experience in office and accounts management, ideally within the repair industry · You are highly adaptable, collaborative, and focused on providing excellent customer service · You are proficient with office software and industry-specific tools and are comfortable reporting and analysing operational data We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.
