Exodas Pty Ltd is a well-established and growing transport company that operates along the East coast of Australia, from Nth Queensland through to Melbourne. Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD) with depots/yards located in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail, and Mareeba. We are a seeking a part-time Administration Clerk with experience in transport operations administration to join our team in Yatala. This role is Friday to Monday to cover weekends and support the team on Fridays and Mondays, with variable hours (8.30am start time on Saturday/Sunday, 10.30am start time on Friday/Monday) . The initial training period will be Monday to Friday. As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Data entry of bookings using our TMS Email correspondence Telephone queries Updating bookings Manifesting delivery and pick up loads Liaising with clients and staff Daily use of excel spreadsheets The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Experience in a similar position within the Transport/Logistics Sector Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively If you would like to work for a leader in road transport that provides you with work-life balance, a competitive pay rate and job security please click the "Apply" button or email exodas.com.au
