Our head Office is located in Yatala with depots located in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail, and Mareeba. We are looking for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our team at Yatala Head Office. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Data entry Responding to emails and answering phone calls Scanning and filing Collecting mail, ordering office stationery, etc. Assisting our compliance, accounts, and general admin teams Perform other related duties as required. Skills and Experience Drivers License High level of commitment, integrity and dependability Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn to fill any associated knowledge gaps Friendly and personable Professional, trustworthy, and reliable Keen to learn and ability to adapt Excellent organisation skills The ability to prioritise workloads Attention to detail Can work autonomously and within a team This a permanent part-time position.
