The Role We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Medical Partnership Services Administrator to join our dynamic Medical team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the successful delivery of medical partnership programs across our network. Reporting to the head of Medical Partnerships, this position provides administrative support throughout all phases of partnership program coordination, helping ensure smooth execution of reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders Assisting with data extraction, aggregation, and program reporting for PHIs, Corporate and HCP partners Conducting eligibility checks and monitoring compliance across medical programs Liaising with clinicians regarding required documentation and follow-up Managing shared inboxes and responding to information requests Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry for program tracking and outcome measures Coordinating invoicing processes in conjunction with the finance team Assisting with event coordination, internal projects, and general administrative tasks This role is based in South Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity.
