The Health and Community Services Directorate has an exciting long-term opportunity to fill the position of Executive Group Manager, Housing Assistance. The Executive Group Manager, Housing Assistance is responsible for leading the delivery of housing services in the ACT and the planning, research and management of service delivery agreements, funding of specialist homelessness services and prevention and intervention services that will assist in reducing the likelihood of clients experiencing homelessness. The Executive Group Manager, Housing Assistance is also responsible for leadership of the strategic infrastructure and asset management functions related to public housing, and for working in partnership with Infrastructure Canberra to deliver public housing capital works. The Executive Group Manager is expected to lead all functions in accordance with the priorities of the ACT Government and the ACT Public Service values and behaviours. Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $376,285 - $389,653 depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $333,737. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
