The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Short-Term Holiday Rental Assistant / Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a diverse role that combines guest relations, property management, and administrative support And cleaning. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our properties are presented to the highest standard while supporting guests in creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage guest bookings and provide clear, friendly communication before, during, and after stays Coordinate and participate in property cleaning, maintenance, and inspections to ensure homes meet premium standards Support property owners with updates, reporting, and care of their investments Monitor dynamic pricing tools and booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty) Troubleshoot guest or property issues with professionalism and urgency Contribute to the smooth running of operations, including admin and software support What We’re Looking For Experience in hospitality, cleaning, property management, or customer service (preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team Comfortable with technology, booking platforms, and Microsoft/Excel Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences Why Join Us?
