Job Description We are looking for a AP Data Processing Officer , on a 12-month maximum term contract, to join our ASX listed company, working in a small but varied team offering a hybrid working environment! What is this role about? The AP Data Processing Officer will provide essential support to the Accounts Payable team throughout a new system implementation period. This role involves delivering a range of processing services and is responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks required to assist with the timely and accurate handling of payables. The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following: Data Entry of tax invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures Administer creation/modification of Vendor accounts Assisting with the preparation of vendor payment runs, transfers, international, ad hoc or urgent payments Engage with suppliers and internal staff assisting with invoice and account queries Qualifications What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Previous experience in data processing in Accounts Payable preferred Proven accounts payable experience in similar role High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders Strong work ethic and can prioritise, multitask, and work within set frameworks Computer literacy, Outlook, Word & Excel Additional Information Why Cuscal?
