Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the Executive General Manager’s calendar, emails, meetings, and time Prepare and edit documents such as presentations, business plans, reports, and strategic plans Brief the executive on upcoming meetings and events; liaise with high-level external stakeholders Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on meeting actions Handle confidential materials with discretion Ideal Candidate Profile Proactively anticipates needs and takes initiative without direction Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities calmly and efficiently Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential information Builds positive relationships at all levels and represents executives professionally Highly organised with excellent time management Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise tasks independently Shifts & Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday (76-hour fortnight) Occasional additional hours as needed Experience Required 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative support role Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel Preferred / Negotiable: Experience in the not-for-profit sector (a plus but not essential) Exposure to board-level communications or multi-stakeholder environments Why join us?
