Location: Lobs Hole in the Snowy Mountains Region, NSW Roster: FIFO – 14 days on / 7 days off Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term About the Project: Snowy 2.0 is Australia’s largest renewable energy project, delivering 2,200 MW of pumped-hydro storage to support the national electricity grid. Currently under construction, it plays a key role in Australia's transition to clean, reliable energy. About the Role: In this site-based position, you’ll provide administrative support across all facets of the project site, ensuring smooth operations of the on-site construction management team. Your duties will include: Manage day-to-day site office operations including workspace allocation, meetings, travel bookings and events. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, minute taking, reporting and document preparation. Coordinate team logistics including rosters, FIFO/DIDO travel and vehicle allocations. Support onboarding and training processes for staff and contractors. Assist with accommodation bookings and allocations. Maintain accurate records and support process improvements across the team. What You Bring: Strong administration or site/project support background. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in infrastructure, construction or resources projects is a plus. Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) Strong skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and document management systems (e.g., Aconex) Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently on-site and manage competing priorities Construction White Card & current Driver’s Licence (essential)
