We're seeking a proactive and versatile Administration Officer to join our team. As our Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. You'll be the backbone of our administrative functions, handling both big-picture tasks and day-to-day operations with efficiency and enthusiasm. This is a full-time position reporting to the Office Manager/Executive Assistant and is available for an immediate start. We will consider part -time and/or job sharing for the right candidate/s. This role will be based in our modern offices in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. What will I be doing? Handling incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls Providing administrative support to other divisions within the organisation Assisting with the logistics of onsite meetings and events Ordering and managing office supplies Responsible for the management of our online store Assisting with basic onsite IT support to colleagues Maintaining accurate and current records in our customer relationship management (CRM) database What are we looking for?
