ACTCT are seeking an innovative and driven individual who is equipped to lead workforce planning, resourcing, onboarding, training, quality and process improvements for effective service delivery. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting various operational and client facing teams to deliver high-quality customer service that provides a positive and effective interface with court clients. They will play a direct role in issues resolution, conflict or supporting and managing challenging clients. The role has a particularly important role in human resource management and for coordinating quality and process improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring and reporting in support of registry operations. It will be pivotal in achieving the strategic objectives of ACTCT. Eligibility/Other requirements: Tertiary qualifications and experience in management, business, human resources or training & development are highly desirable. To be eligible for permanent or temporary employment within the ACT Public Service you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a valid work visa. If an officer no longer holds a visa that permits them to work in Australia, their employment with the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) will be terminated. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check. This position does not require a Working with Vulnerable People check.
