ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide high-level support to the Chief Officer and broader ACTF&R team. With ten strategically located fire stations and a dedicated volunteer cohort of nearly 450 Community Fire Unit members, ACTF&R delivers excellence in emergency management and community education. Credit card and travel expense reconciliations and invoice processing because who doesn’t enjoy crunching numbers and seeing perfectly balanced figures. Be the behind-the-scenes hero for ACTF&R committees—crafting agendas, capturing minutes like a pro, and keeping action items on track. Draft sharp reports, compelling briefing papers, and polished correspondence while collaborating with a mix of internal and external legends. Be the go-to support for ACTF&R staff and volunteers, helping keep operations smooth and spirits high.
