More information can be found at rocp.com ABOUT THE JOB Reporting to the Investment Director, you’ll contribute to investment research, analysis, deal execution and portfolio management across a diverse global portfolio, while actively building relationships, meeting regularly with GPs, advisers and clients to expand deal flow, sharpen insights, and support fundraising and investor communications. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the evaluation and execution of primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities Building financial models and performing detailed forecasts and valuation analysis Preparing investment recommendation materials and due diligence notes Participating in meetings and calls with managers, intermediaries and portfolio companies Networking and relationship building with GPs, advisers and clients to expand deal flow and insights Representing Roc at GP meetings, conferences and industry events; summarising takeaways and follow-ups Assisting in ongoing portfolio monitoring and client reporting Supporting broader market research, data gathering, and CRM/database management ABOUT YOU In addition to a strong commitment to Roc Partners’ culture and values, you’ll bring an excellent academic foundation, a sharp analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in investing, paired with strong relationship-building skills and a personable, charismatic presence that earns trust with GPs, LPs, advisers, and clients. QUALIFICATIONS/CRITERIA An undergraduate degree from a leading university. A strong academic record, particularly in an analytical major Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience in a strong professional services environment (e.g. investment banking, management consulting, transaction services or asset consulting/advisory) Financial modelling skills and valuation experience Will be required to travel domestically and internationally WHY JOIN US?
