About the role An exciting opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Superannuation Division as a Team Assistant. You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail. You will need to be proactive and confident. A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon. This is a full-time permanent role. Key responsibilities Document preparations and correspondence Assisting with compliance collations Timesheets Complete team workflow tasks ATO record management and lodgements Preparation of expense claims Monthly invoicing Manage and maintain the organisation's databases Preparation of marketing and proposal material using MS Office programs Organise and assist with the catering of events Provide comprehensive administrative and administrative team support Requirements: This position is best suited for individuals who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration. Previous experience as an assistant responsible for organising and preparing compliance documents and correspondence is highly desirable.
