About the Opportunity A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administrator to join our growing success, supporting the State Managing Director across state-based activities and the Capital Transactions business as well as supporting the Director of Metro Regional Sales. Based in our Brisbane CBD office, this dual-reporting role provides key administrative and operational support to the Directors, including marketing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, correspondence and managing budgets and invoicing. Key responsibilities will include; Provide quality high level administrative support, including preparation of general correspondence and document control. Provide executive support to the State Managing Director including calendar management, travel bookings and email management. Organise meetings and events; preparing agendas, taking minutes and follow up on action items. Assist with the preparation of Information Memorandums (IMs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and marketing collateral. Coordinate and collate sales and marketing information to assist with the preparation of reports and submission. Assist with managing fees, creating invoices and relevant financial reconciliation or purchase orders. Maintain and update administration systems, procedures and methods Assist with general administrative tasks as required, including supporting internal audits and risk management. What Sets You Apart Previous experience in a PA, EA or Team Administrator position. Previous experience creating marketing collateral and presentations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and take initiative. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Adobe Indesign and Canva will be viewed upon favourably Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
