Your new role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Administration Officer to join our Information Access Unit, supporting the timely and accurate delivery of patient information by: Responding to patient and consumer enquiries in person, via phone and email. Processing, prioritising and tracking information requests, certificates and subpoenas. Preparing accurate correspondence and invoices in line with relevant legislation. Supporting record retrieval, audits, and other administrative functions for the team. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
