The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to step into a pivotal role overseeing the full finance function. This is a hands-on position where you'll lead reporting, compliance, and financial management, while also driving improvements to systems and processes to support growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee month-end processes, cashflow, P&L, reconciliations, and management accounts Consolidate group accounts across multiple entities Ensure compliance with tax, BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements Support decision-making through financial modelling and investment analysis Lead payroll, superannuation, and supplier/subcontractor payments Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and internal controls Partner with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies About You: CA/CPA qualified with solid experience in a similar finance leadership role. Proven track reord within a construction or project-based SME environment.
