As our Systems Analyst, you will:- Analyse current business processes and enterprise systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.- Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.- Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and system design documentation.- Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.- Assist in planning and executing system testing, including test case creation and defect tracking.- Support system implementation, including user training, change management, and post-deployment troubleshooting.- Serve as Tier 2 support and system administrator for the National Fire Ant Eradication Program's enterprise information systems- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. You may also haveWhile not mandatory, relevant tertiary qualifications, skills or experience in the use of database and customer relationship management systems will be favourably regarded.Additionally, knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire:- Experience within the Fire Ant Management System (FAMS) and/or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification desirable, but not essential.
