About the role: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of project governance, systems and partner engagement across our ambitious research portfolio. You will take ownership of maintaining and optimising our project management systems, tracking project progress against deadlines and supporting our research team and partners to deliver impact. You will also play a key role in partner engagement, helping to build strong, value-driven relationships with our nationwide partnership with leading research and industry partners. What will a typical day entail: Administer and managing project management systems including permissions, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports and tracking progress against project milestones; Preparing high-quality papers, reports and Board documentation; Ensuring the governance of project work is watertight; Partner with the Research Director and wider team to develop and implement Partner Engagement Plans; and Support continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery and reporting. About you: Proven experience in project management systems administration and data governance; Ability to manage a process, with high attention to detail, organisation and effective time management; and Exposure to or interest in the agriculture sector.
