About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join a team and help scale faster. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize key parts of the customer journey. What You’ll Do Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and email channels Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion, engagement, and LTV Design and implement A/B tests and growth experiments to validate ideas quickly Work with the product team to improve user onboarding and activation flows Build and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies (email, push, SMS) Report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ROAS, etc.) Stay on top of emerging tools, trends, and tactics in the growth space What We’re Looking For 2–5 years experience in a growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing role Solid understanding of growth funnels, customer journeys, and marketing metrics Experience running campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, or other performance channels Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, A/B testing, and tools like GA4, Looker, or Mixpanel Experience with email/CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze) Self-starter mindset — comfortable working autonomously and testing new ideas Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer tech environments What's on Offer Competitive salary performance bonus Opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives Flexibility: [Remote/hybrid options, flexible hours, etc.]
