As Performance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to for social campaigns while also contributing across other performance channels. From briefing and execution through to optimisation and reporting, you’ll make sure campaigns deliver. Alongside that, you’ll mentor a Performance Coordinator and report into senior digital managers who are as passionate about performance as you are. Key Responsibilities Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Social, Search, Display and emerging platforms Collaborate with senior leaders to refine performance marketing strategy Manage a Performance Coordinator, providing mentorship and guidance Deliver campaigns on time, on budget and in line with agreed KPIs Produce clear, data-driven reports and actionable recommendations What You’ll Bring 3 - 5 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital channels, with a demonstrated strength in social media Current Google Ads and Meta certifications Strong ability to structure and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI Solid understanding of analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics Experience with reporting and ad serving platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Campaign Manager 360) Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel Why Apply?
