As Performance Media Coordinator, you’ll support campaign delivery across social, search, programmatic display & video, affiliate and native platforms. You’ll partner closely with a Performance Executive and senior digital leaders, building the foundations of your career while contributing to work that delivers real, measurable results. Key Responsibilities Support the setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across multiple performance channels Work closely with your Manager and broader team to deliver campaigns that hit KPIs Prepare client-ready reports and maintain accurate campaign documentation Ensure campaigns are trafficked correctly and deadlines are consistently met Contribute to measurement plans and post-campaign analysis Stay up to date with industry trends, training and new technologies to expand your skills What You’ll Bring 2 - 3 years in digital marketing A genuine interest in digital marketing and performance media Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn quickly in a team environment Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach Any exposure to paid media channels, DSPs, or tools like Google Analytics is highly regarded (but not essential) Why Apply?
