Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid digital activity and help lift campaign performance to the next level. This role is heavily focused on Google Ads, with Meta as a secondary priority (while still supporting activity across Bing and programmatic platforms). Working closely with the one of the senior managers and broader marketing team, you'll set up, optimise and monitor campaigns to ensure ROI is maximised. Note: This feel-good brand has been growing at a serious pace* Key responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns - With a heavy focus on Google Ads and secondary support across Meta, Bing, and programmatic. Review and adjust campaign performance weekly, while also contributing to the existing monthly reporting cadence. Track budgets, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaigns deliver value. Analyse campaign results using Google Analytics, CMS reporting tools (WooCommerce, Metrilo), Search Console plus other platforms. Partner with the team to align paid activity with product launches, seasonal sales and wider brand campaigns. Identify opportunities for structural improvements in accounts (e.g. ad groups, targeting, bidding strategies) to lift performance. Assist with website improvements, landing page optimisation and SEO/SEM. Provide input into creative briefs, content and campaign messaging. Collaborate with internal colleagues and external account managers to coordinate campaign delivery. What you'll bring: Hands-on experience running campaigns across Google Ads (priority), Meta Ads Manager and other paid platforms. Understanding of campaign structures, targeting, and bidding strategies, with proven examples of making optimisations that improved ROI. Confidence in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS dashboards etc Ability to spot issues early, analyse data and make quick changes to campaigns to drive results. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (enough to edit website content or emails would be amazing) Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. DotDigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) would be an advantage. A mindset that'll see you support the broader digital activity (SEO, email, content, social) - with your primary function remaining across paid channels.
