Our operations span Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, a state-of-the-art cattle feedlot, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally. Our Brisbane Head Office manages all aspects of the business's vertical integration. Your Role: This is not just a coordination role. You’ll be the custodian of your brand portfolio, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to everything from ambassador partnerships and international trade shows to packaging, POS, and global campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our sales teams, distributors, and international partners to ensure every touchpoint - from a Chef’s Table event in Asia to a retail shelf in the Middle East - tells a consistent and compelling brand story. What You’ll Do: Own and direct brand marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels (food service, wholesale, retail). Develop creative campaigns, content, and brand assets that strengthen global positioning. Build and manage ambassador and influencer partnerships that bring brands to life. Provide brand direction for POS, packaging, activations, and media placement, ensuring in-market excellence. Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Coordinator to deliver flawless execution of trade events, Chef’s Tables, and customer activations. Guide content planning, photography, and storytelling that inspires customers and consumers. Contribute brand insight into new product development and packaging projects. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, messaging, and digital assets. What We’re Looking For: A brand storyteller at heart, with a flair for creativity and premium positioning. 3 years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, food, or related sectors. Proven ability to manage multi-channel brand campaigns from strategy through to execution. Experience working with ambassadors/influencers and delivering events or activations. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. An eye for detail and passion for design, messaging, and brand consistency. Why Join Us?
