Workstream Lead – Business Integration (ECM Project) A large Queensland Government department is seeking a Workstream Lead, Business Integration to support the delivery of a contemporary Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will be pivotal in ensuring people, processes, technology and data align to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution that uplifts information management capability. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to maintain the ECM product roadmap. Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and release management. Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimise processes. Apply Agile methodologies and change management practices to ensure effective adoption of new systems. Evaluate trade-offs, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve delivery outcomes. Skills & Experience: 8 years’ experience as a Workstream Lead, Business Integration or in a similar role within large, complex organisations. Strong track record delivering complex ICT projects with cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead business integration activities, driving alignment across people, process, and technology. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Experience collaborating with vendors and managing vendor-supported products. Strong organisational, prioritisation, and customer service skills. Pre-employment screening including a criminal history check is required. Highly Regarded: Experience in correspondence, records, or electronic document management projects. Knowledge of information management governance and principles.
