Workstream Lead – Design, Configuration & Build (ECM Project) A large Queensland Government department is seeking a Workstream Lead to oversee the design, configuration, build and pilot phases of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will play a critical part in delivering a contemporary platform that transforms the way information, correspondence and records are managed across the organisation. Play a key role in uplifting digital information management capability. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage all ECM design, configuration, build and pilot activities. Oversee project planning, scheduling, resourcing, reporting and quality assurance. Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure standards and outcomes are met. Collaborate with other project Workstream Leads and business stakeholders to align deliverables with organisational requirements. Ensure compliance with governance and project management frameworks. Promote continuous improvement, automation and agile methodologies across the workstream. Skills & Experience: 8 years’ experience as a Workstream Lead or in a similar role within large, complex organisations. Proven experience managing vendor-supported products and leading design, build and configuration for transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and build consensus. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and customer service skills. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and positive outcomes. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience delivering in an Agile environment. Pre-employment screening including a criminal history check is required. Highly Regarded: Experience in correspondence, records, or electronic document management projects. Familiarity with information management governance and principles. Prior experience in large regulatory or transport-related environments.
