The opportunity: We’re working with a major infrastructure contractor delivering large-scale energy projects across Australia - think transmission lines, substations, and grid connections. They’re a national player working across both metro and remote regions, supporting the country’s transition to renewables. They’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team in a permanent capacity and support ongoing growth across white and blue collar roles. The salary for this position is 90-100k base plus super, based 5 days in the office (flexible start and finish times!) What you’ll be doing: Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment Sourcing for a wide range of roles across civil, electrical, and corporate functions Screening and shortlisting candidates confidently over the phone Using JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding with multiple teams Providing trusted advice to hiring managers in a fast-paced environment What we’re looking for: Experience recruiting across white and/or blue collar roles Confidence picking up the phone and engaging candidates and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable using JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter A genuine team player who enjoys working in a collaborative culture Why you’ll want this role: Long-term career opportunity with a business that’s growing fast Great exposure across energy and infrastructure projects Supportive team and solid onboarding Real ownership and input into recruitment strategy Keen to find out more?
