Perth CBD | Full-time | Base Salary Uncapped Commission We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of this new desk, specialising in placing office support staff across a variety of industries. If you’ve got recruitment experience (ideally in office support or white-collar roles) and a passion for business development , this is your chance to build something from the ground up with the backing of a strong national brand. What You’ll Do Drive business development to establish and grow ETA’s Office Support client base. Recruit across office-based roles (administrators, receptionists, payroll officers, customer service staff, and more). Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement. Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
