Role Overview As a Delivery Partner in Reo Group Professional Services, you’ll play a key role in the resourcing and delivery of IT projects - owning the process from deal closure through to execution. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality IT consultants, overseeing onboarding, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. This role is deeply relationship-driven. You’ll work closely with a network of top-tier tech talent and hiring managers, acting as a true resourcing business partner. Your success will come from building long-term, trusted relationships, not just filling roles. Supporting the Director, you’ll also remove delivery bottlenecks and gain exposure to commercial aspects of the business, including proposal writing, tenders, and spotting future opportunities. Responsibilities Source, assess, and onboard consultants aligned to project scope and client needs Track progress using the ATS and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders Maintain and grow a high-quality consultant pool using LinkedIn Recruiter Ensure excellence in all documentation, compliance, and client-facing materials Coordinate resources across multiple client sites and timelines Prepare agendas, meeting packs, and documentation for internal and external updates Manage IT project delivery across consulting engagements post-sale Support business development through lead generation, proposal preparation, and SOW development Spot patterns and trends in delivery that feed into strategic growth planning Champion process improvement across all areas of consultant deployment Candidate Profile You’re a recruitment professional, ideally with experience in IT, professional services, or project delivery, who’s ready to step into a role with more depth and focus on relationship-driven resourcing. You have experience in recruitment, managing jobs, candidates, and client relationships and now you’re looking to grow your strategic capability and develop a more consultative edge. Energetic and personable, you build trust quickly and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You’re confident managing consultant pipelines, navigating delivery timelines, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You understand how strong delivery supports business growth and are curious about the commercial side - whether that’s managing margins, crafting proposals, or spotting future resourcing needs. You may come from a background in IT, business, or marketing, and you’re someone who cares deeply about quality, consistency, and outcomes.
