What You’ll Do Drive business development to establish and grow ETA’s healthcare client base. Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement. Partner with clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and deliver a high level of service. Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
