What You’ll Be Doing Investigate, manage, and resolve faults across carrier-grade telecommunications and critical communications networks. Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and deployment of fixed and mobile communication solutions (LTE, LMR, TMR, PoC, hosted services, IP networking). Deliver small to medium-sized customer/internal projects; support project managers on larger initiatives. Provide technical pre-sales support , including solution scoping and documentation. Conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions and enhancements. Coordinate site access and manage external partners for installation, maintenance, and rigging-related activities. What We’re Looking For Must-haves: Hands-on experience in telecommunications or critical communications (e.g., microwave, LMR, TMR). Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to self-learn. IT literacy, including documenting solutions and using diagnostic tools. NSW Class C driver’s licence (MR advantageous). Current AFP Police Check (or ability to obtain immediately). Full Australian work rights & Sydney-based. Desirable skills: Carrier-grade microwave experience. DMR or P25 radio systems. IP networking infrastructure. Familiarity with technical documentation (SWMS, MOPs, rectification reports). Safety/Rigging Qualifications: Not mandatory at start but willingness to obtain is essential (Working at Heights, Tower Rescue, EWP, EMR Awareness, Senior First Aid). Why Apply?
