Reporting to the CEO, the Director role is part of an executive team that leads through empowerment, supporting a positive culture and modelling the organisational values. The role has four direct reports and oversees approximately 85 dedicated staff. You will bring a track record leading community focused service delivery and building strategies that deliver value and long-term benefits. As a high performing and collaborative professional, you will have a contemporary approach to engaging and developing multi-disciplinary teams and thrive in building authentic community engagement and partnerships.
