About the role CEI Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Internal Sales Partner to join our team on a contract basis. Based in our office in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, this role will play a vital part in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth. What you'll be doing Actively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities Provide high-quality customer service and support to build strong relationships with existing clients Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities Assist with the preparation of sales proposals/quotes Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities to expand the customer base Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales coordinator or similar role, preferably within the Sales industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales function What we offer At CEI Pty Ltd, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
