Key Responsibilities Own portfolio & lifecycle (NPI/EOL, pricing, roadmap).Deliver sales & margin; quarterly and long-range planning.Lead GTM & launch readiness; promotional strategy and calendar.Drive commercial execution with channels, JBP, and trade terms.Run market/competitive analysis; guide positioning & pricing.Use sell-in/sell-through/sell-out data to forecast and optimise.Orchestrate Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain. What you’ll bring 3 yrs in Category/Commercial/GTM (CE/security/audio preferred).Proven P&L delivery; AU channel fluency. Strong Excel/BI.Channel fluency (AU) across retail, pure-play e-commerce and distributors.Experienced in building sell-in stories, negotiating JBPs, trading terms and MDF, and driving sell-through programs.Market intelligence: competitor and feature/mix benchmarking, category gap analysis, industry/report synthesis to guide positioning and roadmap localisation.
