This is a full-cycle sales role—you’ll be responsible for everything from lead generation to closing deals. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leads through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting.Own the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.Engage with senior stakeholders in contact centres to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimise outreach and messaging.Deliver compelling product demos and presentations.Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed deals. RequirementsExperience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.Proven experience selling to call centres or contact centres is a must.Strong communication and presentation skills.Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
