About the Role This newly created Business Development Manager role is a key growth position focused on building and expanding relationships across the food, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries. You will be responsible for managing an existing client base while identifying new opportunities to grow sales of high-quality health food ingredients. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, but ideally you are based in Melbourne to capitalise on existing networks and industry presence. Supported by a passionate and expert team, you will have the freedom to shape your sales territory and drive your own success. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow ingredient sales across your assigned territory Leverage your technical expertise to support clients with product development needs Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and innovators in the sector Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform product positioning and strategy About You You’re a driven, personable, and proactive professional with a passion for the health food space - both personally and professionally. You thrive in an environment where relationships matter, and your success comes from a combination of technical credibility, industry insight, and natural rapport-building skills.
