We’re seeking a Cyber Manger to lead and grow our Cyber capability, shaping the future of our security posture across multiple locations in Australia. As part of our Engineering & Technology leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building capability, supporting program delivery, and partnering with functional leaders to solve complex challenges. About the Role In this full-spectrum leadership position, you will: Provide strategic leadership in the development, governance, and management of our Cyber capability. Lead the delivery of cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks, tools, and strategies. Oversee initiatives in education, awareness, audit methodologies, frameworks, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Collaborate with other functional leaders to deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions across programs. Drive the development of people, processes, tools, and training to strengthen Cyber capability. Support program delivery, reviews, bids, and proposals, ensuring effective governance and oversight. Build and maintain a strong workplace culture that values collaboration, performance, and personal excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Cyber professionals to maximise their potential and contribution. Ensure robust functional governance of projects and bids. Guide functional leadership on cyber engineering policies and processes. Share accountability for program execution and delivery of Cyber work packages. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and change management. About you: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Extensive experience in Cyber governance and technical leadership within acquisition and sustainment programs. A proven track record of leading teams and individuals to achieve outstanding results. Advanced leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire capability development. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead change, foster innovation, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
