Senior Managers of the division have a responsibility for effectively managing multiple projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly below the leadership team. The role will involve taking the lead on projects which require a high level of advisory input. Senior managers also have a responsibility for business development, stakeholder management and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Lead Advisory - M&A and Capital Markets (including information memorandum preparation, data room management and stakeholder management) Transaction Services - Due Diligence and Investigating Accountant Reports Financial Modelling Education Requirements: Essential Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major Completed CA or equivalent Demonstrated Experience & Attributes Essential 8 years' experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles 4 - 5 years managing a team Strong ethical standards Business development experience Excellent time management skills Strong communication and report writing skills Strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to meet and work towards deadlines Ability to deal with banks, lawyers, brokers and other professionals
