Support the production team to ensure best-practice execution Support and inspire the strategic development process Have a considered/informed opinion throughout the entire marketing process Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and how they may benefit BMF or your clients Know the various expertise across the group and know when to engage them Have a broad understanding of all communications channels Taking an active role in new business pitches as required Build and nurture exceptional relationships with your client stakeholders Ensure we deliver brilliant basics at all times – Contact Reports / WIP’s / budgets, / Agenda / Updates / filing etc. Responsible for day-to-day financial management of your clients Ensure projects are estimated correctly and delivered within budget Ownership of the JCR process ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Weekly management of head hours – ensuring projects are profitable on completion Timesheets completed accurately and timely Act as quality controller for all work created Creation and maintenance of all project documentation Ensure that BMF and our clients are not exposed to any legal issue within a campaign
