We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Retail Property Analyst to support our Capital & Middle Markets team. This is genuinely a unique opportunity to work alongside market leaders, contributing to the analysis, marketing, and negotiation of major retail property transactions. Your Role: As a Retail Property Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in the full campaign lifecycle, providing market intelligence and financial insights that drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Financial and cash flow modelling for retail assets Preparing high-quality submissions, pitches, and information memorandums Coordinating technical and financial due diligence, including lease reviews and benchmarking Researching market trends and maintaining key data sources Supporting the development of new business opportunities Attending client meetings and preparing campaign progress reports
