This role offers flexibility with the successful candidate able to choose between 4 and 5 day working options with minimum 5 hour shifts. Generally starting around 7:30am/8am, whether you're looking for full time casual hours or if you are seeking part-time hours around your study or family schedule this role can accommodate. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Taking orders over the phone with strong ability to streamline processes for customers and clients Following up orders with customers and clients Provide product information and recommendations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with care What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both via email, phone and in person providing excellent customer service Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential as is soft selling role) A positive attitude and team spirit Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems Why join us in this role? $35.00 per hour (casual hourly rate) Flexible hours (hours and days of work can be flexible to meet your personal responsibilities) Immediate starting role with ongoing potential Supportive work environment Apply Now!
