We are currently seeking an experienced friendly Accounts Receivable/Administrative Assistant with a pleasant phone manner to join our dynamic team. COMPANY We are a well-established company distributing a recognized brand in the homewares market. With new customers and products constantly being introduced with the plans for continued expansion. THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Operations and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties; Raising & sending invoices (intermediate volume) Courier bookings Accounts Receivable - following up on overdue accounts and the collections process Banking & Receipting General administration duties as required This is a fulltime role with the hours of work being 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. CRITERIA REQUIRED Administration experience Accounts background preferred but not necessary MYOB & WMS by Datapel or similar software experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work & Outlook Ability to multi-task & work to a deadline Strong organization and time management skills Attention to detail Pleasant phone manner Full training provided.
