Shower Screen Installer – Full Time | $45–$55 p/h Company Vehicle We are an expanding business seeking an experienced and customer-focused Shower Screen Installer to join our team full-time. This role covers the installation of glass shower screens, mirrors, and robe doors for residential. The ideal candidate will combine technical skill with exceptional customer service, ensuring every job is completed safely, precisely, and to the highest quality standard. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Communication • Deliver a professional, friendly, and respectful experience for all customers. • Clearly explain installation details, timelines, and address any concerns. • Maintain tidy work areas, respecting customer homes and businesses. Installation • Install shower screens, mirrors, and robe doors with precision. • Read and interpret job tickets, drawings, and special instructions. • Make on-site adjustments as required. • Ensure all work meets industry quality and safety standards. Safety & Compliance • Follow all WHS procedures and wear required PPE. • Safely handle and transport Shower Screens and Doors using correct lifting techniques. • Comply with building codes and company safety policies. What You Bring • Experience in installation of Shower Screens and Doors preferred (trade qualification a plus). • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality. • Skilled with hand and power tools, measuring equipment. • Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements. • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude. • Physically fit and able to handle glass safely. • Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided). • White Card preferred.
