What you’ll be doing Driving the design and documentation of large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities. Leading consultant teams and making sure documentation is on time, coordinated, and buildable. Working closely with construction teams to keep delivery efficient, compliant, and cost-conscious. Playing a key role in programming, problem-solving, and making sure projects run smoothly from concept to completion. Being a senior point of contact who can cut through complexity and give clear direction. What we’re looking for A proven design/project leader with commercial build experience. Someone who can balance big-picture strategy with detail, deadlines, and delivery. Strong communicator who can engage consultants, contractors, and site teams with confidence.
