This role is about bringing people, processes, and projects together — ensuring our head office construction support team runs smoothly and that our site teams are set up for success every day. A day in the life You’ll lead a dedicated operations team, making sure pre-site workflows and documentation are seamless, and Site Managers have what they need to keep projects moving. Your day might include refining workflows, checking in with suppliers and consultants, mentoring your team, and preparing reports for leadership. Join a collaborative, supportive team where everyone mucks in together Enjoy both challenge and stability – the best of fresh beginnings and established strength What You’ll Do Lead and support the head office construction operations team across residential and commercial projects Coordinate documentation, approvals, and compliance for smooth handover to site teams Work closely with Site Managers, Construction Managers, and Development teams to align priorities Ensure seamless handover of documentation, compliance, and reporting to site teams. Drive workflow efficiency and continuous improvement across systems and processes Monitor project performance, procurement, and budgets. Build and foster a collaborative, accountable, and forward-thinking culture. Act as the key link between planning and execution. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with the confidence and capability to lead operations, mentor teams, and keep projects moving forward with efficiency and care. Your background will likely include: Strong understanding of construction project administration (Commercial and Residential) Proficiency in project management software (e.g. DataBuild, Plexa, Onsite Companion, MS Project) Solid grasp of WHS legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management practices Strong leadership and team management capabilities across multidisciplinary teams Experience managing high-performance office-based teams in a construction setting Understanding of residential volume building and commercial construction environments (Commercial not essential) 7 years’ experience in construction operations, project coordination, or a senior support role within a volume or commercial builder How to Apply If you’re ready to take the lead in a rare and rewarding new role, we’d love to hear from you.
